In accordance with the laws that have been mentioned above, users will be able to exercise their right of access, correction, complaints and to the cancelling of the personal data. To do so, they must send a signed request in writing to the following address: PTM Parque Científico de Madrid, C/Santiago Grisolía, 2. 28760. Tres Cantos. Madrid. This request will have to include the following information:
- Name and surname of the customer.
- Address for notification purposes.
- Photocopy of the National Identity Document or Passport.
- Content of the request.
- Reliable document authorising representation by a third party.
